The Locker Room (“TLR,” “we,” “us”) operates a sports-first social and NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) platform for student-athletes. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

TLR is used by high school student-athletes, some of whom are minors. We take the privacy of minors seriously.

We use a small number of vendors to operate TLR. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

We do not sell the personal information of minors.

We do not share more than necessary, and NIL deal-making by minors requires parent/guardian consent.

Data retention & the lifecycle

Accounts may persist across life stages (high school → college → alumni/fan). Users and parents/guardians may request deletion at any time via casey@tlrsports.io. We retain compliance and disclosure records as needed for legal and school-reporting purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We will post updates here and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting minors will be communicated to parents/guardians where appropriate.
